Tifime Privacy Policy

Tifime Privacy Policy

Tifime uses this policy for privacy requests and app-related processing. The sections below explain the rules for protected information and legal rights.

Privacy Coverage

This policy applies to Tifime and the privacy communications operated for the app. It covers app-related processing, privacy requests, and communications sent to the privacy contact address.

References to "we," "our," or "us" mean the operator responsible for Tifime. References to "you" mean the person using the app or making a privacy request. Platform stores, device operating systems, payment processors, and other third-party services may handle information under their own privacy terms.

Because user content and photo-related materials may be involved, some information can be personal or sensitive depending on what a user chooses to provide. Users should avoid adding content they are not permitted to use or share.

Permission Choices

Tifime may request access to device photo or media permissions when those permissions are needed for app functions selected by the user. Device permissions are controlled through the operating system. Granting a permission allows the app to interact with the relevant device resource according to the permission selected.

You can change permission settings through your device controls. If a permission is withdrawn, some related app functions may stop working or may require the permission again before they can be used.

Platform permission prompts and operating system settings are not controlled by Tifime. The wording, scope, and management of those controls may vary by device, operating system version, and app store platform.

App Records Covered

Information handled by Tifime may include content you choose to add or maintain in the app, technical records generated when the app is installed or used, app activity needed to operate and improve the app, purchase-related confirmations from the app store, and communications you send for privacy, legal, or support purposes.

User content may include materials that are personal to you or to others. The privacy treatment of that content depends on the nature of the content, the settings and permissions you choose, and the technical processing needed to provide the app.

Purchase information is generally processed by the applicable app store or payment platform. Tifime may receive limited purchase status, transaction confirmation, or entitlement information needed to recognize in-app purchases and provide purchased access. Full payment card details are handled by the platform payment provider, not directly by Tifime.

We may also receive standard device, diagnostic, and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, approximate technical region, crash or performance data, and interaction records. These records are used in broad operational form and are not intended to create a public profile of users.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate Tifime, provide app functions requested by the user, maintain security, process app store purchase status, respond to privacy or legal communications, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Where European Economic Area or United Kingdom privacy law applies, the legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract when information is needed to provide the app, consent when a device permission or optional choice requires it, legal obligation when records must be kept or disclosed by law, legitimate interests for security and app maintenance, and legal claims when information is needed to protect rights or respond to disputes.

Information is not used in ways that require additional enabled processing categories beyond the facts described in this policy. If a later version of Tifime introduces materially different processing, the policy will be updated as described in the Update Record section.

Outside Processing

Service providers may process information for hosting, storage, analytics, diagnostics, security, communications, app distribution, purchase validation, and related operational needs. These providers are expected to process information for limited purposes connected to Tifime and according to appropriate contractual or platform restrictions.

App store operators and payment platforms may process purchase, device, account, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, and compliance records under their own terms. Their processing may be necessary for in-app purchases, purchase restoration, receipts, and platform-level user protections.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, legal process, regulatory request, safety need, rights protection, fraud prevention, or a business transfer involving the app. If a business transfer occurs, reasonable steps will be taken so that privacy commitments continue to apply to covered information.

Because Tifime may be offered globally, information may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from regions outside your place of residence. When cross-border transfer rules apply, safeguards may include contractual commitments, platform controls, technical protections, and other measures recognized by applicable law.

How Long Information Is Kept

Information is kept for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, user choices, app operation needs, purchase validation, legal duties, dispute handling, and security requirements.

User content and app records may remain available while they are needed to provide the app or until deletion occurs through available app, device, or legal request processes. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, purchase systems, or legal files after active use ends.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise handled so that it is no longer used for ordinary app operation, unless a longer period is required for law, security, accounting, or legal claims.

Protection of Information

Security practices for Tifime use a combination of technical, administrative, and provider controls. Access restrictions, review procedures, secure transmission or storage protections where appropriate, and monitoring of relevant systems may be used according to the nature of the record and the services involved.

Security also depends on the user's device and platform environment. Keep device software current and use available operating-system protections for device access and app permissions.

If a security event creates a notice duty under applicable law, the operator will evaluate the event and provide required notices using lawful and reasonably available methods.

Your Privacy Choices

Privacy law may allow you to ask for review, correction, removal, limitation, objection, portability, or other treatment of certain personal information. The available response depends on the law that applies, the nature of the information, and any legal reason for keeping it.

Device permission choices remain available through operating system settings. App store purchase records, refunds, and platform account settings are usually handled by the app store or device platform.

Requests are reviewed under applicable law. A limited amount of information may be needed to understand the request and act on it, and some records may be kept when required for security, purchase validation, legal obligations, or legal claims.

Child Privacy

Tifime should be used only by people who have legal capacity to use mobile apps and make privacy choices, or by those using the app with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has provided personal information in a way that requires review or removal, a privacy request can be sent through the Request Channel.

When law requires parental consent, deletion, or other protections for a minor's information, we will handle the request according to the applicable legal standard and the information reasonably available to us.

Request Channel

Privacy requests and data protection notices for Tifime should be sent to support@tifime.com. Communications sent to this address will be reviewed for appropriate legal routing and response.

Update Record

This Privacy Policy may be revised when Tifime changes, when legal requirements develop, or when operational practices require a clearer explanation. Material updates will be reflected by revising the dates in this section or by providing another appropriate notice within the app, website, or platform listing.
